New look, same great service from Concept

Digital and creative recruitment agency, Concept, is continuing to thrive in its 16th year of business with the launch of a new website and brand overhaul.

The new website and brand refresh are closely aligned with the Company’s vision for further growth and expansion over the next five years while continuing to provide exceptional service to its clients and candidates online.

Over the past year Concept has seen significant growth within the business and now provides national coverage from its network of offices in Newcastle, Scotland and the South.

“Our company ethos has always been the same… no-nonsense, honest, caring, quality service!” said Jo Carter, MD of Concept. “We always believe that Concept is the place where talent meets opportunity, and that hasn’t changed.

“However, working right at the heart of the digital and creative industry we are very aware how important our brand is, and after 16 years it was time to re-fresh our image.

“The clean, simple lines in the new logo represents exactly what we are simple, honest, direct and approachable, and this theme is continued through to our new website.”

The new website has been designed to offer the ultimate user-friendly experience for clients and candidates with improved navigation and responsive functionality.

From detailed job searching, application and CV management for candidates to easy to access useful information and career advice for candidates. Clients and prospective clients can find out about the Concept team, their backgrounds and industry experience, testimonials from satisfied customers, blogs and industry news.

“We worked closely with local suppliers who really took on board our brief and what we wanted for the brand and website refresh and we are delighted with the results,” said Regional Manager, Erin Kirtley.

“It was important to us to make the website as real and honest as possible so we have used candidates that we have placed in new roles for all the imagery on the site, which is a great way to showcase our success stories.”

2018 is already proving to be a great year for the company with a new office opening, staff promotions, new members joining the team and a raft of new clients on board.
